With our services we check your website regarding the user experience. We find problems, suggest solutions and are personally available to answer questions. However, we do not do any direct implementation (e.g. programming). Depending on your requirements, we can refer you to reliable partners.

Yes. If it turns out that you need more consulting from our UX designers, you can upgrade to a higher package at any time. You can purchase the upgrade for € 150,- plus the difference to the package you want to upgrade to (net excl. VAT).

Yes. Depending on the package choosed, you can share individual projects with a public link as you wish. This function can be activated in the project settings.

Yes. Depending on the selected UX Check package, you will receive a PDF report with the overall UX feedback, personas, business goals, general feedback and conversation with your personal UX designer. This UX report is generated directly after a completed UX Check. However, it can be requested again at a later time (if, for example, relevant conversation with the UX Designer should be taken into account).
